How a Scrap Addict is Born:
As a mother of many children, I have fallen into a new hobby...scrapbooking..and for those of you who aren't too familiar with it, this is for you.
I have found that by scrapbooking the events and memories of my kids, as well as family events, I will have something special to pass down long after I am gone. So with alot of ideas in mind, I have built this site to inspire, help, and communicate with all other fellow scrappers out there.

Main Ideas Behind my Layouts:
Almost all my layouts are of my own children. I do however, have lots of layouts of nephews, nieces, and other family members. I try to do layouts of each child individually as well as ones with more than 1 of my kids in the photos. When I complete a layout with more than 1 kid, I try to set them up so when they are grown they will each have a part of that over-all layout. A good way to achieve this is to try and do a spread of more than 1 page, depending on the number of people I wish to give that layout to one day. |

This layout was taken of myself with 4 of my kids. It is almost 3 years old however, so I am working on getting an updated layout on here as soon as I can. |
A Little Bit About Me:
Before I go on too much further, I should tell you about myself. As I said I am a mom first and fore-most. I am a stay-at-home mom, and have a wonderful "other half" who is such a great dad. To make him even greater, he supports me in my scrapping hobby, and even goes shopping with me to buy the supplies I need. Who could ask for anything more? Ha Ha! Anyway, the kids are:
Stephen- age 10
Ryan- age 9
Jessica- age 8
Gabrielle- age 8
Jack- age 6
Harley- age 4 1/2(and she is a girl)
So as you can tell, I have plenty to keep me busy day to day, as well as many willing and sometimes not too willing subjects to photograph, and scrap pictures of.

On some of the other pages, you will see different forms of my layouts. Some are 2 page layouts. Others show different aspects of scrapping such as, using paper dolls, journaling wheels, computer printed journaling as well as hand written. I also have layouts of more than 1 person to show you how I worked it so they could each take part of that layout when they are grown (like I explained earlier). |
About the Above Layout:
This layout is of Ryan, who is now 9! Wow!!!! Where did the time go?!? Anyway..this is one of my latest layouts, and I'm still not completely sure I like it. It gives you an idea of a 1-page layout.The photos on this one are computer print-outs, so they may seem a little fuzzy.
